1I understand that there is some discrepancy in valuation here, but the Yankees get two players for their roster who fill immediate needs for two players who may never factor in. The American League is wide open this year. Great time to go for it. Also, in contrast to trading for Nolan Arenado, Gorman has years of control left and fits the budget.
