Cleveland wanted Neto in the draft and I am sure they want to acquire him, just not sure they can merit this much for him though...
If the Angels like this offer and accept it then Cleveland would be foolish not to make it happen. Maybe the Angels prefer Allen to Messick and I would gladly oblige that change without asking for anything more than Neto. If the Angels are going full rebuild then maybe this works for them. If they're not then trading Neto would not be a sound move. Kid is a stud.
