You think the Pirates would salary dump their best hitter like that and reduce what they could get for Skenes just over saving a reasonable salary in Reynolds? Then they'd trade Jones at the nadir of his value while rehabbing brace surgery? I _wish_ Cherington wasn't so dumb that you could even think this realistic.
