2Gorman needs runway and Angels could use either a FT 2b or 3B. Cards need RH power OF. Both are kind of the same hitting profile, only diff. is that Ward is playing more and Gorman is stuck.
I like the thought process, but I would rather buy high upside pitching prospects than lateral vets.
