Down vote for the A's. Arias looks like he's stalled in Low-A. Jones is repeating AA and his K-rate has gotten worse. He's looking more and more like a bust. Hess and Schlittler are interesting arms but... looking at the last batch of pitchers the A's acquired from the Yankees... I'd be a bit wary.
