I can’t see the Rays having any interest. Bell is batting under 100 wRC+ against RHP (the Rays strength) and under 0 wRC+ against LHP (ouch). Rays don’t need or want Bell. As for the prospects … meh. I wouldn’t give up the pick for them. Rays say no.
