Is Garcia underrated on BTV? Yes, very much so... Is Cleveland even remotely willing to do this do? Nope... Also their best prospects at AAA positionally, all can play RF... I like Garcia, but he's honestly going to be blocking 2 top 100 prospects making their debuts, so I can't see it... DeLauter will be up and Kayfus is forcing himself up...
