I would not be surprised to see Kim traded. You move Walls off of the starting spot, I think you piss off 70% of the team. He is so good defensively, and has been acceptable with the bat for the last 2 months.
I see it a bit differently than Shaq. I don't think the Rays will trade HSK unless the trade helps the 2025 team. I'm not 100% against a trade, but I don't want minor leaguers for HSK. So this trade doesn't work for me. Like Shaq, I think the Rays have found a special chemistry/mojo with this year's team and any move they make that affects the team needs to be a no-brainer type trade.
Price tag monetarily wise may be too high on Kim, but otherwise, I could see Cleveland definitely taking this.

The Ray's already paid his salary for him being on the IL. They won't be including any cash. This is a great deal for Cleveland.
He's got a 16 million player option for next season and with barely playing this season so far, it be weird for him not to take it...
