I'm sure Cleveland would take a BPA for Allard, though Allan i don't believe has team control after this season, so i am not sure if that's the choice they would make.

Allan is Rule 5 eligible after this season, so he would have to be added to the 40 or risk losing him for nothing.
I'm pretty sure the 2019 draftees can declare for free agency this winter. I could be wrong though, either way I don't see him being added to the 40 man roster in Cleveland
