The Rays get themselves a reliever with a homerun and a walk problem. But he throws 100 miles per hour and his K % is in the upper 25%. This doesn't solve the bullpen issues, but it's a step. The worst 2 relievers for me are Edwin Uceta and MAson Montgomery. Monty's future is bright. Uceta's isn't. Zeferjahn throws really hard, and if he can cut EITHER the walls of the HR, he'll be an excellent relievers. If he can't, minimal cost to get him.

I’d say Kelly is 2nd worst right now. Rays sent Monty down today, but they should have cut Uceta or sent Kelly down. Anyway, this trade works based on potential but the Zephyr is gonna need to spend time in Durham first.
