1Down vote for the A's. Petty has the type of arm to get the A's attention (even though he's getting pummeled in July) but how much is Arroyo going to appeal to them? They don't invest a lot of resources into 2B. They have a SS. And Arroyo's .374 slugging is weak for a 3b. Maybe the lack of pop is an affect of the shoulder injury. Maybe he'll get back to some of the thump he showed in the lower minors the further removed he gets from the injury. Or maybe not.
