2Here’s a Keller package I could actually get excited about. Luisangel Acuna hasn’t fully realized his potential yet, but there is still room for improvement, and he can slot in the big-league lineup right away. (Maybe even at SS…) Carson Benge is the biggest piece here, and he would be a very exciting addition to a future Pirates outfield. Elian Pena is a highly touted international signee out of the DR, but he is hitting decently well for the Mets’ DSL team so far. Major boom-or-bust potential, as is typical for many IFA prospects, but if he pans out, he could be quite good.
There is NO way the Mets are letting Benge go.
