For the Phillies you can never have enough hitters with great plate discipline. And that what they're getting in Yandy. The positional fits are better with Kwan and Donavan, but Yandy is a righty. Harper has to got back to the OF for a year. Maybe a different package gets the deal done. Rays OF is still looking incomplete. Rojas is just a buy low outfielder who should have no problem getting some opportunity early next season, with Lowe looking like nothing more than a mediocre RF, Magnum just being bench bat, and the Rays next wave of outfield prospects needing a couple more years. Phillies dream post-2026 deadline lineup: C: Adley Rutschman 1b: Yandy Diaz 2b: Trea Turner SS: Aidan Miller 3b: Alec Bohm LF: Bryce Harper (In LF to preserve his arm better) CF: Justin Crawford RF: Marsh/Bader DH: Kyle Schwarber. Rays lineup: C: Dominic Keegan 1b: Tre Morgan 2b: Brandon Lowe SS: Carson Williams 3b: Junior Caminero LF: Chandler Simpson CF: Rojas/Lowe RF: Kyle Tucker DH: Issac/Morel

I like McFarlane but I think they'd want a different 2nd player, they already have about 10 Rojas' on the roster when take in guys like Misner and Peter are still on the 40 man too
