I can respect this deal, but I cannot see Cleveland even thinking about. Ramos is a below average LF defensively with a solid but not spectacular bat. Cantillo has been getting better as the season has been going along. If Cantillo is traded it will be someone who is an average CF defensively that can hit with years of control. Ramos just doesn't play CF...
