If I am GM for Reds I make this trade all day every day but since there are two GM's needed to make a deal I don't see Red Sox doing this. Casas has a very high ceiling. Heck I make the trade straight up Petty for Casas.

I think Petty might be hurt, wouldn’t surprise me if he misses significant time in the near future, and with a lockout looming in ‘27 I think its entirely possible that he’s not an active roster candidate until the spring of ‘28. Casas with a zero value feels ridiculously low and Wong is low as well. I put this together to see if i’d get any comments/insights on any of these players (along with the possibility of a Pete Alonso signing).
