Quero might interest the Rays. It would all depend on whether they thought his defense was good enough (Rays prize catcher defense over catcher offense). I don’t think Cannon would interest the Rays though. They have a pretty solid top 5 rotation and could go 10 deep to start the year. Adding a backend SP isn’t something they need to do in the offseason.
