Not going to lie, Marte makes sense for Cleveland on paper... The money that Marte is due in his later years may negate the deal plus Cleveland won't have Marte at 2B because they arent blocking Bazzana... I think Cleveland will inquire about about Marte, but if Marte cannot go back out to CF, I cannot see a deal being done.

I think Bazz spends less time at 2B than you’re assuming. I think Gime then Rocc has them overindexed to 2B defense. I would guess either CF or Kwan backfill in a year or two. May debut at 2B but think he spends more time in the OF ultimately.
From what I heard, 2B will be Bazzana's spot period when he is ready which is second half 26/spring of 27... Watch this spring, IF Bazzana doesn't play CF, then he will be 2B of the future regardless of who they acquire.
