3I’m good with this for the Rays if the Rays only see Palacios as an outfielder. Personally, I think there’s a decent chance he’s moved back to 2B if B.Lowe gets traded. His bat is a lot better than any other 2B candidates the Rays have.
I'm just hoping if TB moves on from B Lowe they get a better replacement then Palacios though, i was thinking if they got Cerantola it would be easier to trade a starter, I think he may be more of a McHugh style pitcher but I'd give him a chance to start for now, Guerrero is in the same boat with a chance to start at AAA but like Montgomery with his age time might be running out and he might need a move to the BP.
Trading for cheap high leverage relievers is fine though. Rays have a surplus of SP, particularly if they move Jax to the rotation.
