40 man neutral. Ashby is a quality arm but might be bit pricey given his role in Milwaukee. Tommy White is the main bait for the Brewers. Meccage is the right value to balance the deal; I'd be open to alternatives if he's more important to the Brewers than his BTV currently suggests.
