Cause at one point Miller was extremely good and if anybody could fix him it'd be TB, I don't expect the '23 version of him but they could get him back to a mid rotation arm. I don't see Fairbanks bringing back much at all, between the salary, lack of team control, injuries, and overall odd mindset, my biggest fear is TB does what TB days and trades him for a no hit middle infielder or a 26 yo single A reliever, LAD is going to have a major roster crunch so if TB could turn Fairbanks into one of their injured starters I think that'd be a win
