Yeah, I know. This assumes that his mind can be changed. Part of the small overpay is to incentivize the Guardians organization to help him change it.
Honestly I doubt in real life Cleveland would ever change their minds unless the offer was Judge plus some and the Yankees paying Judge's contract...
