1Brash can either replace Fairbanks, or even better, get stretched out into a SP. Ford becomes the RH platoon with LH Feduccia, certainly with the opportunity to take away some PA from Feduccia. I would move on from Bryce Miller if I were the M's. Miller was horrible in 2025, and a team with high expectations should find his replacement rather than throw games away in April and May. Miller's K rate decreased from k'ing 24% of the batters he faced to 19% of the batters he faced. His BB rate is double what it was in 2023. He had the highest average exit velos in MLB, and was among the worst in every expected outcome metric. With Miller being super 2 eligible this off-season, I expect Miller to be moved, and it won't be for much. Baz joins the rotation, and should thrive as Seattle has excellent record of maximizing pitching talent. Fortes becomes a competent backup C.
