Brito has way better than an average bat... He was hurt last year and was extremely young the year before at AAA... I mean 60 extra base hits at AAA at age 22 with 800+ OPS is not an average hitter. When it comes to defense... Yeah, that I can agree on... He's likely to end up like a 1B/LF type...
It's AAA and even the professional scouts don't think his bat has the potential to be above average and even if he is average he'll have to play positions that are usually reserved for well above average players.
I don't go by national media scouts... Their accuracy about Cleveland prospects are usually quite bad... Brito would have already been in the bigs, playing everyday if not for the injuries... Brito will hit in the bigs, that i would bet good money on...
