Down vote for the A's. I doubt they have any interest in moving Rooker and they don't need to worry about shedding payroll. Logan Allen is a solid, back-end arm but he's not pushing Severino, Springs, Lopez, Morales down the rotation chart. And the A's aren't trading their DH for a #5 SP.

I feel like if the A's did move Rooker, they would want a package of players... Allen is durable as they come, but I don't trust any SP to not get injured...
