💁🏼♀️ Kwan closed out August at 48.5, and closed out September at 41.4, and closed out October at 34.7 and with a week to go in November he’s at 24.8. I’m starting to think they play the waiting game a little too long before moving on. 🤔 He was at 52.4 at the deadline in ‘25, but did teams feel he was really only worth around his current value of 24.8 - or, maybe slightly more for the additional two months for a playoff run? A PTBNL…..💁🏼♀️ I would normally almost always be in favor of keeping the bat over the arm but in Kwans case this is where I think the Guardians should seriously consider moving the 28yr with two years of control for the 30yr SP with 2yrs of control. ⚾️ The Rays I think would pass. 😕
Cleveland needs more hitting.... Is that hard to understand? They need depth in RP/SP, but they need front line hitters and moving Kwan for a SP doesn't make any sense whatsoever... They had literally the best Starter ERA in September onward...
