I don’t like the idea of the Rays adding a mid to back of rotation piece at significant cost (trade and cash), but there is a lot of smoke surrounding the Rays adding another expensive SP this offseason.
I think that guy is trying to steal your name lol
lol. I don’t mind sharing.
Me? I’ve had this as my XBOX username since 2008 😂
I got you beat. Mine was assigned to me in school in 1996.
well you definitely have me beat...I wasnt even born yet lmao
Senga maybe does not have ace potential but he certainly does have 2/3 potential when healthy. He was dominant beginning of last season before Pete overthrew him and he messed up his hammy reaching for the ball. Had a 1.47 ERA in his first 13 starts. Came back and was never the same but never really blew up. Ended year with a 3.02 ERA
Since coming to the U.S., Senga has pitched 3.00 ERA, 3.82 FIP, 3.96 xFIP, 1.25 WHIP, 26.8% K rate, and an xERA of a little over 4.00. So yeah, probably a solid mid-rotation arm (and better than the back of the rotation). May have the upside of a #2 but probably a #3.
