Rocchio isn't that bad of a player, but at the same time, Phillies don't need him... Stott and Turner are a solid MIF with Miller and Escobar making their MLB debuts in the next season or two. If anything the Phillies would want Arias for their utility guy. I don't see a scenario outside of getting a Judge type of player that merits moving Miller...

Honestly with the fact the Phillies have what like 32 players on their 40 man roster, I feel like they may not make very many trades. They are likely going to sign free agents/pick some up in the rule 5 to round out the spring roster. They will likely look to trade at the trade deadline to fill in the last few spots, but I could be wrong. I'd say then, they may use Obermueller and Nori to find an All-star in a sense...
