I’m very biased against weak armed outfielders, particularly weak armed CFers. Kepley sports a 40 grade arm according to MLBP. Worse from an overall picture standpoint is the 30 grade power. If the rest of the deal worked I wouldn’t mind his inclusion as a throw in though.
