1💁🏼♀️ Padres get 3 players that could fill rolls in ‘26 for a salary dump to the Yankees who take on the entire remaining financial obligations (close to $300m) due to Tatis. 🤔💰💰💰 Padres are for sale & Preller saves his job by moving salary. 👍 It’s the only way the Yankees (or any team) should be willing to take on the entire contract. And you still have to get Tatis to waive his no trade which seems even more unlikely unless the Padres approach him and tell him “hey we’re for sale, ownership will be moving players and salary and stepping back from competing for the next 2+ years” ….
