Rays already have plenty of Peete type players in their system. They could use Raley though.
Someday they actually will find a home for Tai Peete, Luke Raley, Jurrangelo Cijntje, and Harry Ford, (and Michael Arroyo) but if they ever want to acquire a difference maker, they are going to have to reach above them and offer better prospects.
