Rays might be lukewarm on Celesten at this valuation. His lack of power really reduces the overall offensive profile, and if Carson Williams works out for the Rays, they won’t need Celesten at SS. He could work at 2B but Rays fan have gotten used to a power bat at 2B.

I was going switching between Arroyo and Celesten. Both have the same value on here so, I would be happy to swap them around
I think Arroyo works better for the Rays.
