That's not true at all.
I mean, he does have a point in a sense of the fact Cleveland isn't after prospects right now, so the value of a prospect isn't going to be the same to them as a MLB guy with control would be. De Paula won't be MLB ready until late 27/spring 28... Cleveland's not going to value him greater than Smith, yet on here his value is greater than Smith's. Sadly there is no way to adjust values based on what teams needs are sadly. Plus this is just for fun/general idea of the value of players.
