1Rays say no. They already have 7 lefty outfielders on the 40 man and need to trade at least 2, so adding Lukes isn’t happening. Berrios is neither needed nor wanted by the Rays, even with the cash, as they have a full rotation of top pitching prospects hitting AAA next year. Then there are the two SS, who might fill a need if the Rays prospects like C.Williams and B.Taylor don’t work out, but who look like utility options to me right now (and the Rays have plenty of those). Then there is what the Rays are trading - a closer and an Ace (if healthy), with the Ace having a trade value around 1/3 he should have if he’s healthy next year.
