I don't think Cleveland is that desperate for draft picks... Though I'd take one for Noel, yesterday...
I think CLE would always take more picks/pool $$$...especially for a borderline DFA in Noel and AAAA arm. Don't think this is compelling for the other sides
I don't see Cleveland wanting to move Wilkinson for a draft pick... Now if they aren't high on him, then yeah, they will do that...
