2Im assuming Mets need to overpay slightly given the market, I value Parada a bit higher as his offensive ability continues to play decently, and his defense is improving nicely. Twins get a top pitching prospect, and a former top #50 prospect, also being a catcher, Mets get an ace in Lopez, then a platoon/UTILL bat in Clemens
Is this a Deadline deal? Because the Twins have already come out and said the club plans to hold onto trade candidates like Joe Ryan, Byron Buxton and Pablo López as they try to return to contention in 2026. And are looking to restocking their barren bullpen and adding at least one power bat to the lineup as areas of focus.
