2A's save $21 million over two years to move a disgruntled player. Angels add a much needed veteran to the rotation.
Down vote for the A's. Severino grew a bit less disgruntled and a bit more effective during the 2nd half last year. The A's are looking to spend not save (unusual, I know) and want to add pitching.
