2To get both those LH bats, the Giants would have to sub Whisenhut for McDonald. Those are solid 120ish OPS+ MLB bats you're getting for multiple years.

As a Cardinals fan, I 100% agree, but I feel like it will be hard for the Giants to part with Eldridge. So, I lessened the pitching return in this deal to supplement that.
