Rays get 3 young LHP's with the most ready being Snelling. The Rays soon to be SP's coming up (Hopkins, T. Johnson, Nichols and Harrison are all RH). I tried finding a MI for one of the LHP's but couldn't find one.... hence the 3 pitchers. Isaac, when healthy, becomes Marlins top 1B prospect and Summerhill becomes their #2 OF prospect (I know trading a recent draft pick usually doesn't happen, but Rays did just trade for young OF's Melton and de Brun)

TB needs offense way more than they need pitching so I don't see them trading Isaac for pitching, Morgan is pretty much mlb ready and with that big park in Miami he might be a better fit cause he's a high average, gap hitter and a future Gold glover where Isaac is probably a DH. The 2 guys I'd love to see TB target would be Alderman and especially Mack, Yandy Diaz makes a lot of sense for Miami but sadly TB's front office will probably trade him for some more no bat, glove only infielders

Trading Isaac for Snelling might make sense but I can’t see the Rays trading 2 bats for 3 arms with all the pitching they have coming up the next 2 years. The Rays do have a huge need for a lefty starting pitcher though.
