I’d love this trade for the Rays but it seems unlikely they would trade for Schoolcraft with only 1.2 IP in the minors. They haven’t drafted a pitcher before the 5th round in like 5 years, and while I disagree with the strategy, it’s pretty clear they don’t want to devote resources to young, unproven pitching prospects.
