1Cleveland blocks the Nationals if this was the offer... Messick is a solid SP... Brito and Velazquez are plus bats... Brito would have been the everyday 2B in the second half of last season if he didn't have that hamstring injury. Like Velazquez and Brito could be had, but Gore isn't truly a target for Cleveland at that value since starting pitching isn't an issue...
