Even IF Ramirez was available, Cleveland would want way more than this... Cleveland's FO is notoriously hard to trade with... Heck the top in the FO doesn't even tell some of the workers under them what trades are going on until after the media gets the info from them. I posted a deal the other day of what Cleveland would want for Ramirez, it would be more like 80 and not 40... Yes they would force that even if Ramirez was willing to waive his no trade clause...
