4Fish get real value for some lesser prospects in the form of leadership for their younger up and coming stars. They also throw in some Int'l Bonus Pool Money.
The Marlins need fewer prospect here, but better prospects. Also, Donovan is likely to command a little more than his median trade value, especially for prospects.
