1Both teams trade from surplus to fill other needs. Blockbuster gives the giants a top of the rotation pitcher, 2nd baseman, and backup catcher. Reds get a highly touted first base prospect, a controllable back of the rotation pitcher, a backup catcher who could replace Stephenson after next year, and a potential 5 tool outfielder.
