I am not sure how the Phillies move forward and salvage their offseason after missing out to the Mets for Bo. But something like this would work. After signing JT to a three year deal, I don't see how Marchan would get a shot. Platooning with Tyler Stevenson would give him a better opportunity and provide more of an upside from Jose Trevino. The Reds have Ke'Bryan at third and is a wiz defensively, but Bohm in my option is actual a better 1st baseman than a third anyway and would be a more consistent offensive threat than Steer, who could be used in a more utility role. Marsh becomes a LH threat and clear upgrade to the OF. For the Phillies they get a Bo Bichette lite when healthy lower avg, but similar OBP and more power in Lewis. They also get another RH answer for protection in Buxton. The Bo pursuit showed they were not happy with the look of their offense and that they don't trust Bohm. with Bo it was just money and clearing some more to get him. This would mean moving on from some key pieces, and having the Reds feel that adding Bohm and Marsh give them a chance to compete in the central. And getting the twins to sign off on the season and dive completely into a teardown rebuild when the AL central is wide open.
