7Why is Gonzalez value so high? Going off the MLB top 100 prospects he is only at 82
This obviously depends on how much the Cards like Gonzalez. Seems awful risky from their perspective when they could get 3-4 prospects for these 2.
Especially if the SF brass go out and get Framber, they can trade someone of the likes of birdsong or mcdonald if necessary.
a package with Level and a pitching prospect ought to balance this out better after the Luis signing
He's #30 on the BA Top 100. Their list correlates to the market more closely.

It's because he's only 18. Top prospect list is weighted towards closeness to MLB level. But he'd project to be a top 10 prospect in the next 3 years or so
