Well, I've shied away from the Giants as trade partners, but this looks like the most promising outcome. Los Gigantes HAVE to upgrade 2B & it might as well be with an All Star. They also need C depth and Crooks looks good behind the plate. The Burly need & his expendability (is that a word?) are centered around the biggest piece the Cards receive. Both SP coming back are back of rotation guys, but those guys have value too. The Giants clearly win this trade, unless Eldridge become Kurtz 2.0.
