( sorry I haven’t been following this last week so I missed the original post)……but I fully support the idea and it’s feasibility 😄👏 What do the Orioles need Mayo for now ? DH will likely be Rutchsman or Basello and they have Westburg and Alonzo at the corners both in place for a while. Best value they can get from Mayo is to secure the one target they have left. If Cards trade Romero now, he has enough value for the Orioles to bite….if O’s wait until deadline there may be more competition. Cards need a RH power bat and do they really care if it is an OF or not ?
