I was going to post it as; Sandoval for White. 6 - 8 weeks from now 🤞 I think Sandoval could very well have a value worth double White. Happy Pitchers and Catchers begin reporting day‼️
I think Sandoval being worth 16 BTV in 6-8 weeks is doubtful. You're talking about someone that hasn't pitched since 2024 and will be getting squeezed on the roster in Boston. He's not going to be a Red Sox priority to get stretched out during ST; they acquired 3 SP this offseason to match with holdovers Crochet, Bello, and an also rehabbing Crawford.
I’m hoping we get to a week to go to opening day and Sandoval is healthy during the spring and pitching well with all speculation being that he will be opening up the season as the #5 SP. I don’t see him getting squeezed on the roster in Boston, everyone else has an option(s). More likely Boston plays “the game” and Sandoval opens up the season on the IL with Casas & Romy
A's just signed Aaron Civale for the 5th SP slot. They also need to open/clear 2 spots on the 40 man.
