In the past 80 games, the Rays have traded away Ha Seong Kim, Tristan Gray, Jose Caballero, and Tanner Murray, all capable of playing acceptable MLB shortstop. Yet somehow between 52 players in AAA and MLB, the Rays only have 2 shortstops, and only one of them is capable of helping any MLB team at this point. Durham is so empty, they don't have a single player that would make a 26 man roster on a 40 win team. It's like they forgot that you can't just field a baseball team with like 7 DHs on the damned field at once. "What did the Rays get in return for Ha Seong Kim, Tristan Gray, Jose Caballero, and Tanner Murray?" you ask? Not a fucking thing. Not one thing! The Rays starting SS has a career WAR of like 40 and their backup is a bad 3rd baseman, and they gave away 4 SS for nothing since the deadline. I'm extremely concerned about this management team.
