You could be right on Kwan (though I think at most this is his last season) but hard disagree on calling the bullpen a strength. You can trust K'd, Sabrowski, Holderman, Armstrong and...? I know there are reinforcements in the minors, but Festa is replacement level, Pallette needs to show more to stay rostered and Herrin can't find the zone.
The bullpen is solid... yeah, we can find a way to upgrade the lower leverage guys, but I feel like having a healthy Kwan, who is producing, would have a ton more value than adding another RP.... If Kwan isn't producing, I doubt we could get someone who is being as a setup/late inning reliever for him... Like I completely understand the deal, just not something I can personally see Cleveland doing
